Το Ευρωπαϊκό Επιμελητήριο στη Νότια Κορέα (European Chamber of Commerce in Korea – ECCK) ανέλαβε πρωτοβουλία για την απασχόληση νέων επιστημόνων με τη μορφή μαθητείας (Internship) σε επιχειρήσεις μέλη του. Πρόκειται για το πρόγραμμα KEWEP (Korea Europe Work Experience Program), το οποίο απευθύνεται σε νέους επιστήμονες από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, κατά προτίμηση από τις χώρες της Νότιας Ευρώπης που πλήττονται από την οικονομική κρίση (Ελλάδα, Ιταλία, Ισπανία και Πορτογαλία).
Οι προκηρύξεις θέσεων θα δημοσιεύονται σε συνεχή βάση στην ιστοσελίδα του ECCK, η οποία είναι η εξής: http://www.ecck.eu/

– Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite required
– Language requirements: English (fluent), Portuguese (fluent)

– Age bracket: 22-26 years old

Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position:
– Support Group requirements of ICM(Integrated Compliance Management, anti-trust, anti-corruption, etc) activities with stakeholders of BiK(Bayer in Korea)
– Understand the Group approaches and methodologies of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and facilitate business impact analysis across relevant business divisions and units
– Coordinate in establishing KRIs(Key Risk Indicator) by benchmarking other best practices of Bayer entities
– Support of audit follow-ups and facilitate action plans of business units
– Support audit activities in collecting, examining, analyzing and verifying information about the organisation’s systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials where required
– Coordinate SARP(Sustainable Audit Remediation Procedures) efforts with stakeholders to achieve required pharmaceutical-specific controls in business processes of order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, IT, HR and other support functions of BiK organizaitons.
– Provide assistance in developing recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimise risk, improve performance and productivity in ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.
