Σε εκπαιδευτική επίσκεψη, που πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Ισπανία στις 28 και 29 Μαίου 2019, για το έργο E-Parks, το οποίο χρηματοδοτείται από το Ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Εδαφικής Συνεργασίας Ελλάδας-Ιταλίας 2014-2020 συμμετείχαν οι συνεργάτες του Επιμελητηρίου Άρτας.
Η συγκεκριμένη δράση έλαβε χώρα στο Εθνικό Πάρκο Doñana που βρίσκεται στη νότια Ισπανία, την περιοχή της Ανδαλουσίας, σε προστατευμένη έκταση συνολικής επιφάνειας 543 τετραγωνικών χιλιομέτρων. Το εν λόγω πάρκο επιλέχθηκε από τους εταίρους για Επίσκεψη Εργασίας και λειτούργησε ως μελέτη περίπτωσης για καλές πρακτικές που εφαρμόστηκαν επί τόπου για την προσβασιμότητα ατόμων με αναπηρίες.
Την πρώτη ημέρα της επίσκεψης οι εταίροι συμμετείχαν σε Συνάντηση με το Φορέα Διαχείρισης του Πάρκου, όπου το προσωπικό παρουσίασε υλικές και άυλες Καλές Πρακτικές, που καθιστούν το πάρκο προσβάσιμο σε ΑμεΑ, ενώ οι εταίροι έθεσαν ερωτήματα. Οι εκπρόσωποι του Επιμελητηρίου Άρτας εστίασαν στα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά των υποδομών σε σχέση με τις φυσικές καιρικές συνθήκες και τα χαρακτηριστικά τουριστών, δεδομένου ότι στο πλαίσιο του έργου θα τοποθετηθούν σε φυσικά προστατευμένες περιοχές της Άρτας υποδομές ενημέρωσης τουριστών, οι οποίες θα στοχεύουν πρωτίστως στην εξυπηρέτηση των ΆμεΑ. Το απόγευμα, οι εταίροι είχαν την ευκαιρία να συζητήσουν και να επικαιροποιήσουν τα επόμενα βήματα για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου Ε-parks.
Κατά τη δεύτερη ημέρα, οι εταίροι πραγματοποίησαν πεντάωρη επίσκεψη εργασίας με ειδικό όχημα εντός ορίων του πάρκου, οπού αναλύθηκαν εις βάθος οι διαφορετικές προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζει ο Φορέας Διαχείρισης για την επίτευξη της βέλτιστης προσβασιμότητας ΑμεΑ. Κατά την επίσκεψη παρουσιάστηκαν από εξειδικευμένο οδηγό φύσης, το δίκτυο μονοπατιών και σημείων παρατήρησης, ποδηλατικές διαδρομές και χώροι για κατασκηνώσεις στη φύση για εκπαιδευτικούς σκοπούς, ενώ συζητήθηκαν οι μεθοδολογίες σχεδιασμού της σήμανσης και των ειδικών ξεναγήσεων για επισκέπτες με προβλήματα όρασης, ακοής καθώς και κινητικά προβλήματα.
Στην εκδήλωση συμμετείχαν από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Φότζια ο Giulio Cappelletti και o Michele Milone, από το Gargano National Park η Carmela Strizzi, από το Gargano Reclamation Land Authority ο Giovanni Russo, ο καθηγητής του ΤΕΙ Δυτικής Ελλάδας Σπυρίδων Συρμακέσης καθώς και η Χριστίνα Νικολακοπούλου και Ιωάννης Αγγέλης από το Επιμελητήριο Άρτας.
Study Visit in Spain in Arta for E-Parks project co-funded by the “Interreg V-A Greece-Italy Programme 2014-2020″
On 28thand 29thofMay 2019, representatives of the Chamber of Arta have participated on a Visiting Study in Spain for the E-parks project which is funded by the Greece-Italy Territorial Cooperation 2014-2020.
The activities of the project have taken part on the Doñana National Park which is located on the Andalucian region south Spain, near the city of Seville, and is a protected natural area of a total of 543 square km. The Park has been opted for the purpose of the project as a case study for good practices for accesibility of people with special needs on natural and protected areas.
On the first day on 28th, the project partners had a technical meeting with the management of the Doñana National Park where there was a presentation prepared by the officials regarding the tangible and intangible steps that that have been followed in order to provide good practices for the accesibility of the park for people with special needs. The representatives of the Chamber of Arta focused on the technical characteristics of the infrastructure of the park and especially the regulations and the climatological aspects that drive the design and materials of the equipmentand works, as well as the characteristics and needs of the tourists of the park, since the information is vital for knowledge transfer and the succesfull implementation of these good practices in the natural protected regions of Arta, where accesible infokiosks will be placed with the aims of the E-Parks project that will focus on people with special needs.The project partners had the opportunity to meet in an afternoon session in order to update the project milestones and the next steps of the E-Parks project.
On the second day on 29th, the project parnters have taken part on a 5hour site visit in the Doñana National Park with a special vehicle, where the partners where given a firsthand opportunity to study and analyse the different levels of challenges that the Management of the park faces for the pursuit and maintenance of the accesibility of the park for people with special needs. The site visit, which has been leaded by an expert of the park on the field of natural science, has focused on the infrastructure of the park such as path network and observatories, camping for education purposes, cycling routes while the services of special guided tours for people with special needs such as hearing impaired, blind or disabilities where discused and the methodologies and action plans of label design system have been taken forward.
